The Odyssey: World Trek for Service and Education
Based on National Education Standards, each trek explores an essential theme and includes a teacher's guide that contains the itinerary for the trek and the summary on the subject such as salt marches or volcanoes. The Web sites are selected by experts on the subject and arranged in sequential order to build a story.

Library Spot
This is a virtual reference site where kids can get help from experts and find online resources. This site also provides ideas for science projects, information on tracing one's "roots," and links to many online libraries and Web sites for government agencies.
