Neill Public Library recognized as top library supporter

Neill Public Library of Pullman was recently honored as Whitman County Library’s (WCL) Supporter of the Month for April. Director Joanna Bailey and a number of her staff accepted the award from WCL administrators on April 4 in Pullman.
WCL Director Kristie Kirkpatrick thanked Bailey and her staff for their partnership and cooperation on a number of projects with WCL including Summer Reading, an eReader checkout grant, the annual Family Fair booth and the shared systems administration staffing. In addition, Kirkpatrick praised the high quality of programs, services and materials offered by NPL.
The Board of Trustees, administration and Friends of the Whitman County Rural Library District sponsor the Library Supporter of the Month award as a way to recognize those individuals and groups that play an irreplaceable role in supporting and supplementing the library’s budget and activities.
