Cougar Graphics and owner Darcy Campbell were recently honored as Library Supporter of the month during a surprise visit to the Colfax business. Friends of Whitman County Library vice-president Sue Hallett thanked Darcy for supporting the Friend's recent literary journal project. Cougar Graphics is binding the journals at cost, which creates a profit on each journal that is used to fund valuable programs and projects at the library. Cougar Graphics is also a dedicated Friends' member.

The Board of Trustees, administration and Friends of the Whitman County Rural Library District sponsor the Library Supporter of the Month award as a way to recognize those individuals and groups that play an irreplaceable role in supporting and supplementing the library’s budget and activities.  A complete listing of the more than 50 individuals and businesses honored over the past five years can be found under the Your Library link at the Whitman County Library website.
