Everyone loves summertime on the Palouse. We all enjoy the small town lifestyle offered in Whitman County - and the arts especially! The Colfax Arts Council is offering a great opportunity for artists in the region to participate in a juried exhibition titled Inspired Palouse.

Artists from our region can win up to $700 in juried prizes in this Plein Air inspired competition. All art media are eligible for submission with a deadline of July 17, 2017. More information found at www.explorecolfax.com/copy-of-arts-council.

An Artist Reception, exhibition, and art sale will be held at The Center at Colfax at 5:30 p.m. with awards being announced at 7pm. This event is free and open to the public with complimentary refreshments and no-host beer and wine.
